Returns Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
• The product is unused and in original packaging

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products due to customer handling
• Products without original packaging
• Items marked as non‑returnable on the product page

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our support team with your Order ID
2. Share clear video of the product unboxing and of the issue
3. Our team will verify and approve the request

Refund Process

• Refunds are initiated after inspection and approval
• Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days
• COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the issue is from our side.
